Red Pepper Pasta

ROASTED RED PEPPER PASTA

2 roasted red peppers
Or
1 jar roasted red peppers
Blend together with:
1 bar cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic
Parmesan cheese (1/2 c or so)
Pour over cooked bowtie pasta and mix in ½ bag of frozen peas.
Delicious!!!
this is one of my favorite meals in all the world!

Meg, I made this on Sundee, and it was delightful. And i kept stealing licks of the red pepper sauce while i was waiting for the pasta to cook. my breath was more than a little garlicky by the end of the night. bwaaaaah.
